The AC didn't work properly and my room wouldn't heat up. There was no coffee pot or utensils in the room; you had to call and request these. I was also unhappy with the limited channels on the TV. For $137.00, I expected better.

Save your money and stay somewhere else!! To call this place a hotel is a stretch.. more like a very dirty, scummy apartment complex. People living out of cars, cigarette butts literally everywhere you look.. it said no smoking but our room smelled of smoke the second we walked in. We asked for en extra pillow and blanket and were told there was none available. Room had no hair dryer, floors were sticky and just overall disgusting.

Very dirty property. Paid $150 to stay for 1 nite. During the stay, i saw at least 5 cockroaches in my room. One inside the fridge, two crawling on the ceiling, and 2 came out from the shower as i turned on the water. Shower wasn't draining, floor inside the room was very dirty, no TV remote to turn on the TV. I wasn't expecting much for $150 a nite. But i think the room should be at least clean and pest free!!!

They did not accommodate my request. I reserves a two bed and they gave me a queen bed and a uncomfortable couch bed

Clean but shabby I made a reservation about 5 hours before arrival. When I got there the front desk said they don't see my reservation, even after I pulled up confirmation email. After a couple of minutes he said "we are sold out but give me a couple of minutes and I will figure something out" Which he did but that seems weird, I mean if you are sold out where did the room come from? No TP in the room at all on arrival. Found TV remote under the bed. Wasn’t expecting 4-Seasons but this was very basic.

I should have paid attention to the reviews. But it was convenient because I was meeting family there. I will never go back and suggest anyone reading the reviews take them into consideration. I didn’t sleep, people out in the parking lot slamming doors, kids running around outside after 12am. People live at this place. My door was pent like it had been forced open at one point.
