The shower didn't work in my room and the sink in the bathroom was clogged. When I called the front desk to report the shower the gal laughed at me and asked if I pulled on the knob which I then replied yes. She told me there was nothing she could do as maintenance was not there and offered a discount off my room. Cockroches infection I suppose to have 2 queens and a couch they gave me 2 full and the worst part is that we couldn't sleep there were alot of cockroches that was the worst night

So many people hanging out in the parking lot at 2AM. Didn’t feel safe. Laundry hanging outside of rooms, garbage piled up under the stairwells. Will never stay here again.
