Probably was ok. But need something me serious cleaning. Staff was great and nice. They just have a large influx of homeless and displaced citizens.

I get it’s a cheap place you might end up in certain cases. Furniture can be old, there are no towels and things like that. But being disgustingly dirty is no excuse. Waking up next to a dying roach is just no fun. I have been in a few cheap hotels and this was the dirtiest.

Maids never came to clean my room, or offer new towels. I had to go buy new toilet paper myself. The door had a gap so blew all the leaves into my room.

I love this area of Sacramento and the property looked nice, especially for a more budget-type hotel. However, after checking in, I found there were no towels and no soap or shampoo. I called the front desk and was offered no apology, but told to check back in an hour as they were "doing a load." I asked if they could bring the towels to my room and was told "No, I'm the only person here." I went by an hour later and laundry was still being done. No trashcan at all, even in the bathroom. Smelled like cigarettes, uncomfortable bed. Overall icky and would never stay here again or recommend.

soooo bad !!! my flight arrived to Sacramento late I arrived at hotel at 1 am and was told I could not check in until 230am. I LEFT and drove 2 hours to my home in modesto i am a senior citizen with poor eyesight. very poor customer service...i will never book with them again. I really hope that they did not charge my credit card
