Sketchy, dirty, and Nope! This place is home to many homelees in Sacramento. I saw drug deals going down in the parking lot, people hanging out in their cars, its in a very secluded 'sketchy' area too. My room was gross. There was pee and tp in toilet, black hairs in the kitchen sink, the table had not been wiped, and the pillow cases looked used. Scary It was rundown inside and out. No kitchen utensils, plates or pans. Kitchen was a little beat up. Bed and Bathroom were clean. Linens were clean. The place looked old and tired.

Bad stay needed refund . Very dirty , receptionist very nice & willing to work with customers

Dated and Bad Condition The room reeked of smoke! Air fresheners could not get rid of the smell. The sofa bed had a ton of scratches from possibly pets and the cushions did not fit into the frame. The door was jammed and could only be opened if you pull the lever up and hold the door up.
