Room was not ready at check in time.

Worst ever hotel I stayed Actually this is my worst ever experience with Hotels.com and with extended stay too. Lot of cockroach in the kitchen and bathroom area in my room. No housekeeping for 3 days after I requested everyday , no laundry provided but after request I have to grap from front desk ?? Cleanliness is zero on parking and outside around the hotel, most of time people drinking on parking lot - smoking, shouting out . As soon as I got into the room I could not turn on certain lights as they were not working. I then tried to turn on the tv but that did not work either. The carpet was stained. I would have loved to stay somewhere else but could not get my money back.

I would not recommend this place! Literally none of the rooms were clean when we arrived to check In. They told us there were 45 dirty rooms the night prior and only two people working in housekeeping. They should have been a bit more prepared Knowing there was going to be a festival that weekend. That’s not even the worse part! There were people waiting 3 hours before me to get a room. Guests getting dressed in the lobby and also flat ironing their hair. Discussed The complex had a lot prostitutes outside along with men sitting in theirs cars watching the women playing loud music all night. Garbage everywhere, not to mention I found fast food bags in the cupboards of my room

Horrible Experience Was very disappointing. This place was not safe, and was very dirty from the outside stairs to the front of the room we rented. We were supposed to stay for 2 nights, but asked them to refund our second day since the first night we found the place infested with cockroaches. It was awful, people were loitering around. All the rooms smell like cigarettes. It was awful. I would never stay at an Extended Stay America Hotel ever again.

The first room they gave wasn’t even cleaned so I had to go back to get a new room then the second room they gave me the deadbolt on the door didn’t lock I left at 10:30pm because I didn’t feel safe.
