The Manager was very accommodating and she made sure I was satisfied as a customer. I would re book here any time.
Hotel staff was professional and helpful. Overall hotel visit was good. The outside garbage could be emptied as there was some trash on the floor.

The Mic Up Had a little mix up that kinda got my self and my ladie mad and the mess up was with Hotels.com 2 bookings for 1 night. The receptionist called me and she was nice about it. We already stayed one night and she called while we were at dinner saying I didn’t pay. And I did pay 3 nights before on Hotels.com. When we were fixing the situation we were treated as if we were stealing it was really uncomfortable. No conditioner The room itself is nice and clean. I was out for just one night, I figured the hotel would have the shampoo and conditioner supplied. To my suprise... Shampoo yes, conditioner no. J called the front desk to confirm, no conditioner. I called the front desk a second time to ask for ice or ice machine... neither. I find the lack of common goods weird, but hey you get what you pay for I suppose.

Nice hotel, easy booking and check in. Rooms seem to be mid-renovations, meaning some features, such flooring and paint, are brand new. Where as other features, such as the stove, cabinets, and shower need to be updated. Ultimately a great place to spend a couple nights for a great price
