Check out was a pain since there was no staff at front desk. And they didn't answer the phone. Plus the bathroom vent fan was disconnected and there was no way to vent out when using the bathroom! And the free continental "breakfast" was the most pathetic I've come across. Basically all there was was granola bars and coffee. I felt cheated. I will not return.

My reservation was lost , the room smelled of cigarettes, reception, did not let the next shift know about my later departure

The hotel was very nice for the price. It’s located in a quiet area and close to food and shopping. I stayed here for almost a week. I would stay here again.

Recent Stay in West Sacramento We check into a room where the kitchen sink was leaking badly. We cannot use the kitchen at all. They are nice enough to offer us another one night stay in the future. Otherwise, the room is big and clean. Breakfast could be better. Muffins, granola bars and coffee is just not enough !
