Lady at the front desk was very nice, even after I checked into my room and went upstairs only to see a disgusting amount of roaches. I was grossed out when I saw really tiny ones crawling everywhere because that meant I was walking on them and didn’t notice, what an awful feeling knowing that how dirty that place was and they would let someone sleep there. Terrible room at this hotel AC did not work, filter in AC unit was very dirty (maybe why it didn't work?), room had a smell to it. Mold in the bathroom and the bathroom sink did not drain well.Room overall was dated and in need of an update
