First off, I RARELY leave reviews. I usually only leave reviews for really GOOD customer service or really BAD. Unfortunately, this is a really BAD experience that I had. I I pre paid for a room via Expedia. Online, it’s said check in ends at midnight. As I was driving in from out of town, I called the hotel around 11:30pm to confirm if check in ends at midnight. Do not stay at this location. As we were waiting to get checked in another lady came in and complained that she was given the key to a unit that was already occupied. As she opened the door there was a man inside the room with only a towel on. The place was smelly and definitely felt unsafe.

Desk clerk was not very nice, and couldn’t tell the difference between a master card and PayPal. Initially refused to accept my PayPal branded MasterCard. Had to argue with him to get him to just try it. It worked of course. When checking out, he refused to give me an itemized receipt.

Hate hidden fees Arrive at the hotel reserved and paid then they an extra 100.00 deposit state that in the reservation so your not surprised.

There was a lot of Cockroach in the room , there was no room service at all for the whole 6 bright even after I asked Bad services

We reserved 2 rooms for 5 adults (2 with intellectual disabilities). We drove 450 miles only to be turned away because we didn't have ID's for everyone. Problem is, at no point was this mentioned beforehand. I messaged the property to request ground floor rooms and adjacent rooms. It was the perfect opportunity for them to let us know about the ID requirement. They never responded. Then they had the gall to charge us for the rooms as if we didn't show up.
