The reception staff was friendly. However, amenities were missing from the room, so we had to inform the front desk, but they never made it to our room. The floor was not cleaned, our slipper bottom turned black, and the bed linen seemed like it was not changed. The location was easy to find, but, the rooms needs an upgrade. I don't think that we will use this location again. Thank you!

This is not a place I would go back and stay. The front desk people depending on who you talk to you were very friendly and kind. There is a woman that screams after 730 almost every day. And nothing was ever done about it. The floors were not clean I found trash from the person before me and bugs. The bed is very hard and made my back hurt more. The maintenance gentleman is very kind and fix my door very quickly.

The room had a musty smell and was full of roaches we refuse to sleep there and ask for a refund

We were really disappointed with the hotel room. It smelled like cigarette smoke, the floors were dirty, there was hair in the bedsheets and bath tub, and even the pillow cases were stinky. It was late at night when we arrived, so we stayed to sleep. But it was evident that the room was not properly cleaned. We left early the next day even before breakfast. Horrible experience!

Don’t waste your time No hot water and mildew on bathroom sink and shower faucets. After pacing around my room a few times my socks were black, floor was definitely not clean. Planned a 4 night stay for multiple people and left after the first night
