Checked into room to find multiple bugs crawling on floor, walls, bed. Immediately exited the room and requested refund. No manager on duty.

Bed was not a queen like we asked for there were also cockroaches and smelt like smoke

Security guard was absolutely rude after we waited over 30 minutes for the front desk lady to come and check us in. Room was absolutely disgusting, front door was broken and barely shut.

Exterior windows, walkways and parking lot did not appear to have been cleaned in months or years. Walkways littered with used drinks, broken hanger, and sticky stains. Walked into the room and greeted by a pillowcase with stains. All looked like it had been cleaned washed and serviced, but the pillowcase should not have been put back on if stains can't be removed. Office locked, unable to check in!!! Sat night, note on the office door: no check-ins until further notice. Nobody picks up phone. Waited 2 hours for nothing and had to book another place. Asked hotels.com for refund. They say they need approval from property. But the property doesn't answer the phone. People, demand refund from hotels.com!! I bet the same happened to many others on the night of 8/13/2022.

The first room assigned was dirty a used mask and dirty paper towels were left in plain site. A second room was requested. Upon arrival the room appeared to be clean however, there were two towels provided, the floor had not been mopped (I did it), roaches were in the room, and no toilet paper. The front desk guy gave no regard as he informed me the clean towels were placed in empty rooms. A 15% discount was offered. Never again... To start, the front desk staff reeked of marijuana and seemed under the influence. One of them even joked about " Give him that one room..." The key cards they gave me for my room did not work i had to go back and have them reprogram them. Once i got into my room the floors had not seen a mop of any kind in who knows how long. My feet were black with dirt from walking on it. There was trash from previous guests still in 2 of the cupboards and the bathtub had dirt still in the bottom.
