Floor was dirty, keys doesn’t work and I keep going back to get new keys, homeless and crack heads are around the parking lot, while checking in there’s another customer who just checked in and came back and ask for linen and cleaning spray because the room was not clean and dirty with rice all over the floor. I booked 2 nights and the guy only gave me 1 night stay but I got that fixed. Do not stay here! Don’t let the pictures fool you!

This property didn't accomodate us when we check in. We weren't able to check in and had to look for a different hotel to stay the night.

Steer Clear of This Place Please Place was horrible. I’ve stayed at this chain of hotels in different places and had a wonderful experience but this location was horrible. They almost turned us away first saying no availability then we get a room and nothing was made, dirty sheets everywhere, and on top of that I counted 4 roaches!!! We left the hotel within a couple hours cuz it was less than sub standard living conditions.

Property details are inaccurate stating 24/7 front desk staff available. That is inaccurate. Saturday night front desk staff were not available after midnight. We were given an advertised “smoke free” room to find it was completely full of cigarette smoke. Unhealthy. It is hotel responsibility to air out smoked out rooms after clean king staff inspect when guests check out. Long wait for check in because the person at the front desk was busy trying to manage an employee while making us wait. Once finally checked went to room only to find outt the the room didn’t exist. Had to return to the front desk and wait again. No cups in the room so went back to fromt desk only to be told they did ‘t have any

Ruined my trip I had reservations for about a week, when we arrived at the location the clerk tells us they do not have any rooms available. They said that they have not had room any rooms and they could not call us because 3rd party info does not list a phone number and they could not call hotels.com because 3rd party does not list their info also To make things worse they still charged my card. they have not refunded my account yet. Very poorly ran hotel. No front desk attendant for 45 minutes upon arrival. They did not have our paid room available. The room they put us in was very filthy, the trash was not taken out, the room had a horrid odor. We only stayed one night and could not bare to stay the 2nd night. There was a lot if transients.
