The environment was unsafe for drug dealers all around. The staff was lazy and we had to wait 30 minutes just to check in

Infestation of bugs The room has a bloody sheet which i asked the front office to move me to another room she refused. The room was infested with cockroaches. I had checked in, in the whee hours. Took my dinner from a 5 star restaurant to my room placed it in the countertop, only to find a huge amount of cockroaches flourishing the table top infesting my meant to be continued dinner, only about 30 minutes after being in my room. I'm revoltingly appalled.

Poor service all around Showed up and the hotel was overbooked. Nobody bothered to call us to inform me of this so I ended up having nowhere to stay as apparently the whole town was booked up as well

Property was full of homeless with vouchers and large criminal element. Folks with teardrops ontheir faces, dealers in the rooms, naked guy playing on his computer. Bothing in the kitchen. No plates glasses, silverware..hotel doors locked during breakfast to keep out the homeless element. Only bright spot was Juan at the front sesk who had worked two back to back doubles and was still helpful and smiling.
