This is a really old hotel with a makeover. Rooms smell and I couldn’t sleep. Checked out a few hours ago after checking in

Don't stay here!!! Waited for about 30 minutes for someone to the front desk for check in. Other than be solicited by two prostitutes and everyone coming out of their room at 2 am to have a party I guess it was ok. No not really I will never stay at this location again.

Disappointed Cold manager. Was assigned a foom that had been opened and badly used. Without apology, assigned another room with a rock-hard bed and sticky floor. No coffee, hair dryer or charging ports and a tiny TV. Cheap? Not the cost but everything else was.

Extended Stay of America always tries to make each guest feel right at home, sometimes we do fall short, but always try our best to make it right. Our property offers dishes, hairdryers, coffee makers, coffee along with many other items upon request, all you have to do is ask.
DO NOT STAY AT THIS FILTHY HOTEL! After driving 10 hours to Sac. and spending time with my parents, I arrived at the hotel on 3/25/2022. I went to my room and as soon as I opened the door, I noticed a smell. Then I went to the bathroom. It was filthy. The floor was sticky and it smelled of urine. I almost left then but I decided to clean a little and report it the next day. I was also pretty tired. I took a white hand towel and wet it down and started cleaning the floor. the place is clean enough for a short stay. The walls are thin and they have a bunch of long term residents there who think they own the place. Normal walking in your units will get complaints.
