The room was not available due to over booking by Expedia, though i Understand this was not the fault of extended stay my issue is that upon arriving to check in the front desk clerk was cold and unconnected. When attempting to check in inwas informed there was no room for me and that they couldn't help. Clerk was not willing to communicate with me, more so very pushy to get me tonleave.

There ware a few piles of cat food around our room that we didnt notice until later at night. The next morning we went down to the front desk to ask that our room be cleaned. The manager, Adriana, was in the middle of saying no when i explained to her that there was cat food in our room then she obliged. When we returned to our room later that night, there was still cat food on the ground. I picked it up myself because it was more of an inconvenience to ask someone to come back. I want to speak to this location district manager I chose this location because of the kitchen but when I got in there I saw there was not one dish in the room. I went down to speak to Malissa at the front desk and I was promised that her or Crystal would bring me a set up to my room. I waited from 6:45pm till the time I checked out at noon the next day and still didn’t have one dish. I feel this was a waste of money to stay there when I was planning on using the kitchen while there.

Staff was rude. They double booked my room. Someone came in while I was sleeping.

dirty EXTREMELY DIRTY! Checked in got to room it was very dirty! Went to front desk asked for a refund, they would not refund but offered us a new room! They went and inspected a new room told us it was freshly cleaned. Still very dirty and uncomfortable!!

overpriced for how trashy it is Had to wait a really long time to check in. after checking in had to wait for more cleaning before I could actually enter my room. Once we got into the room there was hair all over the bed and stains everywhere and the carpet was peeling up. We asked for a refund and found a different hotel. Pictures make it look nicer than it is.
