I like that the front desk lady tried hard to help. I didn't like being put in a room that was not cleaned, bed, floors, bathroom, not sanitized at all. Honest mistake she said. We had to wait for a cleaned room. I didn't like that the employees were not friendly and rude to the front office lady, checking us in as they spoke to her and she was asking general questions for assistance from them. Children running a hotel 1st off showed up the check in and right out of the gate the hotel seemed very dirty just from the entrance in the lobby. It started out with them asking me if I could swap my room from 2 Queen beds to a single because they were shorthanded on these rooms. At the time I didn't mind and figured it was just fine since I was staying by myself for work. Worst experience in a long time. The hotel says they have a breakfast. Since when is a few granola bars a breakfast? The walls and floors are paper thin. They stuck us near the elevator and we were woken up many times throughout the night by noise in the hall. We could hear the person upstairs stomp around at 5:30 in the morning. The pillows were flat and hard. The bed was as stiff as a board. Overall it was a disappointing stay.

The fridge did not work and had to be changed out. The fire alarm went off 3 times one morning and once the following morning at 8am on both days. The bathroom was dirty. Toenails left from the previous customer on the bathroom floor.

The hotel is in a great location. Lots of shopping and dinning and close to the freeway. However, the cleanliness of our room was not up to par. The room had not been vacuumed or dusted. There was hair all over the sheets and towels. The mirror had not been cleaned. Nothing had been wiped down. There were coffee stains all over the wall and curtains. I was very disappointed in the overall cleanliness of our room. Probably won't be staying here again. Very disappointed.

Bad in a horrible customer service. I booked a room for me and my son. On arrival I went to check in and they asked for my sons ID. He did not have a government issued ID with him so I could not reserve my room because of their stupid policy if they are 18 in older all ID is required. It does not say that on the website that it’s required!! They still charge my bank account and said it was a no-show. Do not stay there. I’ve called several times to talk but no luck😫

An unexpected adventure We arrived at hotel approx 2:10am only to find that our reservation had been cancelled by the system! I don’t know if that was Hotels.com/Expedia or Extended Stay America system, but it’s not a customer friendly process!!! After a 13-14 hour drive from California, that was very frustrating. We were too tired to shop for another hotel at that hour. The front desk clerk, who was new on the job, tried so hard to figure out how to help us.
