I got a non smoking room that smelt so horribly of smoke so much so that I had to go to a Walmart and purchase an air freshener after they refused to move my room to a room that did not smell of smoke.

Never booking here again The room smelled, air conditinier was broken, stains all over the bathtub.

This easily could be a nice hotel but I think we just ran into some bad luck with our room. The front desk staff were amazing and very helpful but the room....not so much. When we first got in the room I noticed right away there was an open bag of chips on a shelf which I mean could easily be overlooked and we just laughed it off. We got everything arranged and put our items in the fridge... by the way it was amazing to have a full fridge!!! The local police know this place The hotel is in a pretty good location, but it is not a great hotel. The police were on premises several times during our 3 night stay. There was a lot of banging on doors and yelling to get into rooms at all times of night. We were awakened more than once each night with all the "activity". They do the best they can to keep the rooms clean, but the smell of smoke in this non-smoking hotel permeates the place, you can't get rid of it.
