The pillows are flat, the TV reception is not clear. Found out it is analog! The free breakfast was muffins you get from a box. That's all they had for breakfast. They shouldn't advertise "free breakfast" if that is all they are going to offer. I know you can cook but the guests next to our room was frying meat. The smell reeked to our room. Ventilation is bad. I will not recommend this place at all.

The night manager is great. She’s personable and check in was easy. The whole main floor smells like dog. The hallway, my room, the bed. I couldn’t hardly take a breath. It was very rank! Hopefully you’re making a killing letting pets stay there, because I won’t be staying at that facility again.

Really disappointed I booked a room for my fiance and She did not have a credit card on herself but I was willing to pay for it over the phone that deposit because I wasn't able to get to her quite yet and her car had broken down so I got her room that was closer to where she was until I could pick her up the following day and they would not work with me whatsoever. so she basically had to sit out and wait until I can find her a way to a motel that would let me pay deposit over the phone.

There were people drinking beer in the lobby! Unbelievable! Receptionist should not allow these kind of behavior

Disappointed to say the least. I didn’t understand why they needed the ID for everyone in my party, me and my credit card and ID should’ve been enough. We ask for a wheelchair assessable room but unfortunately did not get it....So my husband could not take a shower. Your breakfast included mini muffins and coffee, give me a break!The bathroom sink was either dirty or stained and needs to either be cleaned with Ajax or replaced.

The whole facility is smoke free but you had to walk through a smoke cloud of cigarette smoke to get to the door. Had to wait until the desk clerk got done smoking to get checked in. All of the parking spaces close to the door was taken up by the employees so that the clients had to park at the end of the parking lot.
