No Hot Water and Staff Didn’t Care There was no hot water. I told the front desk and was told that a plumber wouldn’t be able to come until after my stay. The woman at the desk told me she was sorry, but the tone was “just get outta here.” I was not offered another room or anything to actually solve the problem. I didn’t push it, because of the line of people checking in. Other than that, the hotel was fine - what you would expect for the price.

Rude staff and rooms not clean. Need better management

Not worth it. There was a slash in the counter top as well as a burn mark. The room had a very distinct odor that was not pleasant. In the bathroom, there was makeup residue on the counter from what I assume was the previous guest. Do not recommend this hotel.

They say pets welcome but don’t specify a pet fee! Had to pay an extra 30$ for my 1lb Chihuahua for one night! Considering my stay for the room was only 60$ so now 60+30, is now a 90$ all together and the breakfast they say they provide is a muffin from like a gas station and a cup of coffee. Deff could have spent 90$ some where else that would have specified!

The smell was so bad we could not stay and had to go elsewhere they refunded Expedia but Expedia still charged our credit card...

Hates cash Didn’t get to stay because American Currancy is of value to this chain

The front desk staff had us locked out of the room at 9:00 am, check out is supposed to be at 11:00 am, then we felt like they were interrogating us when we went to the front desk to them know our card for the room was not working, not very professional front desk staff, they did not make us feel at home nor would it be staying there for an "EXTENDAY STAY" not now not ever!!!!!!!!!
