I was put in a room with feces in the toilet. I was moved to another room and there was blood in the toilet paper roll in the second room. I was then offered a new roll of toilet paper and told that management wouldn’t be in until the next morning. This was around three in the afternoon. I barely slept as would be expected; feeing as though I was sleeping in filth. Called Mgr the next morning giving her my story. I originally booked online for the Sandy location. When arrival they inform me that my booked room was not suited to have a pet. Website states it’s “pet friendly”. No where in their site when booking does it ask for how many pets as it asks for amount on people in a room. They did arrange for my booking to be moved to another location but I would be charged a pet fee even though I showed and carry everywhere my ESA letter from my doctor they would not honor it. Horrible dirty hotel. Toilets don’t flush, beds aren’t clean.

This place was sooooooo gross! It smells like cat pee and everything was so filthy and dirty. I walked in and walked right back out and found a Hampton right across the street! Didn’t even care if I had to pay another $150 for a night.

Not the cleanest hotel Room was dirty with pills on the floor and dirt on the floor in bathroom. Fire alarm went off at 4:50am, I could go back to sleep :( Room door was hard to open. Staff was nice and friendly.

Having to pay extra to connect a phone and a laptop to their basic internet is ridiculous.

not recommended Stayed here cuz it was a good deal, wouldn’t recommend it. it was run down and the room had a weird smell. bathroom door wouldn’t close either.
