Place was dirty!

The hotel was overbooked and understaffed and they were staining doors so the smell made those rooms unusable so it made the problem even worse. I didn't get the two beds I paid for and the "continental breakfast " was the worst I have ever seen. Our room, once we got there, was clean.

Really???? When checking in, they have a requirement that EVERYONE in the room supply ID. When we asked why, they said that if there was a fire that the police could identify our bodies.... Very morbid and unusual.

There was no housekeeping service and I had to renew my keys every day in order to get in my room

Horrible Service Front desk was horrible. Noght rl obviously did not care about her job. She gave us snd other customers attitude many times and disappeared from thd front desk for 30 mins while trying to check in.

What a joke Don’t stay here. All occupants, including kids are required to have and Id??

Not good at all. Empty beer bottles and trash in the room.

Despite a confirmed reservation, our room was not as requested. We were forced to sleep on a roll out bed/cot. The hotel reeked with the odor of urine and the waitstaff were ambivalent to concerns and made little effort to be helpful or accomodating
