it’s customer satisfaction; not dissatisfaction I wouldn’t know how it was. We paid for our ENTIRE room, but she would NOT let us stay because we didn’t have a Credit card or Debit card. We did just not a secured one. We have had identity theft issues And asked for a little leeway as we are traveling cross country (my father is ill) California to Michigan. People smoke in the hall way, room, and every where!!!

Although we are a non-smoking hotel, on rare occasions we have guests who do not adhere to the property rules concerning smoke, and that can be challenging for all concerned. I'm not super picky about hotels, but my experience here was overall awful. Upon check in, we went up to our third floor room and it smelled bad - found that the toilet was completely clogged from someone using it prior to us and it being there who knows how long. We carried our stuff back to the lobby, and were given another third floor room down the hall. The one positive part of our experience was the staff was overall apologetic and helpful, which was appreciated. The second room we were given was not cleaned - used bedd... read more

It was not as portrayed on the website - their breakfast was prepackaged muffins and instant oatmeal and coffee. The kitchenette that we got had NO dishes, pans or silverware...later found out that you have to "check out " those items from the front office - but the office closed at 11 PM. Needless to say the whole purpose of a kitchenette to provide for a restrictive diet was wasted. NO ice machine anywhere in the building. Worst experience ever The cost of this hotel is the same a LaQuinta. I chose those one because it was a few minutes closer to where I was going. I'll never do that again. There us no maid service and you can't get clean towels. There's not anyone even to come in and make the beds. If I wanted to make beds for me and my kids while we did a basketball tourney we would have stayed home.

A complete inconvenience from beginning to end. Room smelled like a nursing home and smoke. Lots of smoke!! Elevator was broken with no hope of it being repaired. We were told it will need to be 'excavated.'

Not what we expected as always had good experience staying with this chain. But when you have a hanging smoke detector in the room that is first bad sign. then when you go to use the restroom and lift the toilet seat to find it clogged with toilet paper and women's products is not what you want. They did come up to unclog the toilet but advised they had no more rooms with two beds to switch us so we were stuck for the night.
