Furniture has lots of wear and tear. Kitchenware would be nice to have in the room to cook and cups for drinking. I guess you get what you pay for.

I don’t entirely feel safe here. The property is not well kept and has a lot of people wondering through. The room was not the cleanest when I got here. Also, check-in was not good. Only one person working and they were frazzled. They constantly complained about phone calls and about being busy. They were so negative. And it took them forever to get me into the room. I don’t love the policy of checking ID of every single person above 18. I don’t know why that’s a thing but I have never experienced that anywhere else.

Would someone please call me. I booked the hotel and showed up at 1230 at night after driving 12 hours and they wouldn’t let me get the room I paid for. I would like a refund

Booked a room one month I have the time, when I arrived with my daughter they did not have a room with two queen beds that I booked. No help from the front desk. Will never stay at an extended stay again.

No Working Shower This is one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. My room had no working shower and they were unable to fix it or move me to a new room with a functioning shower for three days. I was told that I would be credited back for my stay, since I prepaid it, but I have seen nothing and have not been able to get anyone from Hotels.com to help me. Hotel was in complete disrepair. The room was disgusting. No hot water, toilet wouldn’t flush, the linens smelled dirty and old. Would not stay here if I had to

We booked and paid for our room several days in advance. We arrived to the hotel around 10pm at night during our road trip and we’re informed there were no available rooms. We had to find another place to stay at 10pm after spending the whole day driving.

Three words: DIS. GUS. TING! First, the positive points of this hotel: 1) Great location! 2) Front desk was professional and helpful. 3) Nice size room (except for the cramped bathroom). Now the rest ... This place is really disgusting! After checking in and seeing what it was like, my husband and I almost decided to go somewhere else for the night. Outside: Cigarette butts litter the ground everywhere. There's a line of 9 shopping carts in the back parking lot. This speaks a lot to the transient situation most of the hotel'... read more
