The room was disgusting. No hot water, toilet wouldn’t flush, the linens smelled dirty and old. Would not stay here if I had to

We booked and paid for our room several days in advance. We arrived to the hotel around 10pm at night during our road trip and we’re informed there were no available rooms. We had to find another place to stay at 10pm after spending the whole day driving.

Three words: DIS. GUS. TING! First, the positive points of this hotel: 1) Great location! 2) Front desk was professional and helpful. 3) Nice size room (except for the cramped bathroom). Now the rest ... This place is really disgusting! After checking in and seeing what it was like, my husband and I almost decided to go somewhere else for the night. Outside: Cigarette butts litter the ground everywhere. There's a line of 9 shopping carts in the back parking lot. This speaks a lot to the transient situation most of the hotel'... read more

This hotel was so bad we left early. I recommend you stay at a different hotel due to false advertising, poor customer service, and questionable business practices. We booked a 2 bed non-smoking hotel room, but this room was not available. I was told this hotel routinely is advertising rooms and bookings on hotels.com that are not available, and I was one of several people that day who booked a room that was not available. Was clean but the room was super cold and no breakfast

They double charged my daughter. I had already paid through Expedia but they still insisted on her giving them her credit card. She didn’t get the room I reserved. She wanted to take a bath but there was no stopper. But the water wasn’t warm enough anyway! After a 12 hour drive this place was a big letdown!

Room reaked of smoke

i didnt stay there on those dates i want my money back they told me they were sold out when i went in to check in . i paid for a sold out room???
