This place was subpar.. nonsmoking room reeked of cigarette smoke, elevator was under repair which was fine for me but a major inconvenience that you aren’t aware of until check in. And my room had no towels. Overall a very ‘meh’ experience

I reserved a room but when I arrived they refused to give it to me because I was a "local" - very poor service

It was very loud, there were no cups or anything else to use. It was not clean

Didn’t stay at this hotel bc this hotel does not cater to local residents. I had to cancel my reservation and look for another hotel. The front desk girl was very helpful and apologetic bc of the house rules for that hotel only.

Horrible service!!! We wanted a night away and I booked through the app. When we got there to check in they refused to let us check in cause we are locals. I asked for my refund. She said cause I booked through the app there was nothing she could do and refused to help me. She then asked for me to leave the property.
Not clean The room wasn’t the cleanest. The floor hadn’t been swept, the towels had hairs on them and it smelled funky. Overall not great
