When I checked in they gave me a room that wasn’t cleaned yet. They fixed it and gave us a new room right away. We reserved for 5 nights, after 3 our keys stopped working. Had to wait in the lobby for about 25 minutes at 11:30pm to get them reset- no explanation or apology, just said they were set to stop working then. Website states breakfast is included, was told they don’t do breakfast. In the 20 minutes that I was checked into the hotel, they put me in smelled like a broken refrigerator. Then they moved us to a “regular” room. Once we got into the room, my son went back to the parking lot where he had left a suitcase, and it was stolen. So, we immediately checked out. I couldn’t risk my car being broken into. When I called to speak to the manager, she was unavailable and I was told she would return my call. It’s been five days and I haven’t heard back. Customer service is very disappointing.

I did not like the front desk attendant at all. She was rude and disrespectful. It had loud people in and out all night

I arrived after midnight and waited for 2 hrs in the lobby to be checked in. The clerk was on the phone trying to figure out how to get the computer system working. She would not allow me to use a restroom and directed me to a gas station down the road. It wasn’t till Expedia contacted the clerk did she say they can check me in. Once finally in the room at 3:05 am the room was colder then the refrigerator. Once the room finally warmed up I was able finally get to sleep. The shower had long dark hair strands on the wall. NO SECURITY CAMERAS, Not a safe parking lot $2000 of ski equipment, clothes and electronics taken from my truck. No security cameras in dark parking lot. No acknowledgement from staff or management. Poor service! Rikki was the only helpful person there. Have stayed here more then 10 nights over the past year. Will not return.

BED BUGS!! January 5th 2020, ROOM 112 My boyfriend and I have stayed at this location for the last 2 years when we visit SLC to snowboard. The hotel is in a great neighborhood and the staff are always very helpful and friendly. This time around, after the first night, my boyfriend woke up with huge welts on his neck and arms, we thought it possibly could have been from him being outside the day before since I had no signs. Awful My wife and I decided to stay overnight in SLC when I was up there for work. We liked the idea of an extended stay because we have a small dachshund and you allow pets. I use hotels.com app for all my travel accommodations for simplicity. When I booked the room I stated I had a pet. When I checked in with the lady at the front desk she had me pay, then had me go back and pay AGAIN for a second time for a pet. An additional $30 seems a bit steep for sleeping a few hours.
