Not Happy I waited for the front desk person for fifteen minutes. When I opened my sheets to get into bed, there were crumbs and hair.

Door to room needed adjustment as it would get stuck on the door frame. Fan in bathroom may not have been functional, may be related to the power cord that was sticking out of the grate of the bathroom fan. Bathrooms size was adequate if you don’t have claustrophobia

The staff was nice. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable but the pillows smelled awful. Many broken and stained items throughout the room...like the shower handle is broke off and absolutely no extras, even had to ask for toilet paper because there was none and I thought possibly they expected guests to supply their own due to zero amenities. I have bed bug bites all over my body and so does my 8 year old child! It also smelled like wet dog. The beds were tiny! Never again.

Not a pleasant stay. I understand that with Covid 19 things are a little different, but some things don't have to be. The luggage cart was so awkward that my husband could barely get it around corners and there was only one. There was no ice in the freezer or anywhere else, and I was advised to put water in the ice cube trays. The lady at the front desk got a bag of ice for us when I said that waiting until morning for ice was not acceptable.
