Very bad condition place

It would have gone a long way if they just vacuumed the hallways. Lots of dirt on carpets, visibly damaged furniture in the room, frayed carpets in the room, exposed wires in the ceiling in the lobby, barking dogs in the hotel, creaking floor of the shower, toilet didn’t flush well. On the positive side, Nice little little kitchen if you need one. Friendly staff.

Rotten stay!! When checking in we found out that the hotel elevator was non functioning. We were on the third floor and had to walk up 3 floors. I have a medical hip condition that makes it almost impossible to climb stairs. We asked for a ground floor room, but apparently nothing was available. I made it up and back down, however, it made for a very uncomfortable stay. The room was small and the bathroom was cramped. This place was subpar.. nonsmoking room reeked of cigarette smoke, elevator was under repair which was fine for me but a major inconvenience that you aren’t aware of until check in. And my room had no towels. Overall a very ‘meh’ experience

I reserved a room but when I arrived they refused to give it to me because I was a "local" - very poor service

Didn’t stay at this hotel bc this hotel does not cater to local residents. I had to cancel my reservation and look for another hotel. The front desk girl was very helpful and apologetic bc of the house rules for that hotel only.
