Our room was dirty and stained. There were not amenities available to us in our room unless we wanted to go downstairs and get them and even then the staff seemed less then thrilled to help us. It was definitely a disappointment.

The room was in horrible condition. Draws wouldn't open, and parts of the countertop we're missing. The pots and pans should have been thrown out . The non-stick coating was peeling off which is a huge health concern.

Just the price fooled me. I would have pay more to better stay

Caution / alert - potential for identity theft. This establishment makes copies of of your drivers license / passports in addition to keeping a credit card on file. This type of practice is a security risk to you. Would you let this happen in Mexico or another country? Would the business let the customer have a copy of the manager's license / passport with credit card information? Responsible persons should take note and not allow this type of practice. This type of practice seems common and 'acceptable' in Utah.

Hotel bien placé sur la route des stations de ski mais très décevant au niveau propreté, de plus la chambre n’est pas faite tous les jours uniquement le 7ieme ce qui est soit disant noté dans les conditions de vente... Quant au petit déjeuner appeler “continental” il s’agit seulement d’un comptoir dans le hall d’entrée avec boisons chaudes et muffins en sachets..

I wad told i was on the do not rent list an when I asked what the reason was the lady wouldn't give me a reason

This was the most disgusting hotel we have ever seen. Value shouldn't mean dirty. We could not walk barefoot in the room. The office chair was visibly covered in other peoples bodily fluids. Nothing had been wiped down or dusted. There was other peoples hair all over everthing. Drawers didnt shut in the kitchen and the cupboards were dirty. The furniture looked to be second hand, with plenty of wear and tear. The bedroom mirror was on the floor. The tv was aweful. halls were covered in ceiling material. The manager of the time was by far the rudest woman I've ever come in contact with and would never again stay at that place if it was the last room in the world
