What a joke! We were refused accommodations because my mother, who 88 and uses a walker did not have photo ID though the room was prepaid. This happened during a downpour. I then had to find and pay a second hotel for a room. Will NEVER, EVER, EVER STAY HERE FOR ANY REASON!!!!!

The hotel misrepresented fees at check-in and then locked me out of my room the second night until I signed for more fees. I checked out early and get another hotel to avoid being socked with even more fees.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND The hotel was not what I expected. I doubt I will ever stay at an Extended Stay America property EVER AGAIN. These properties seemed to be geared to low cost, long term quests who have pets. I would not recommend it for a short stay with a family. This hotel is in need of a serious refresh as there is a lot of deferred maintenance. The corridors are dingy with bad florescent lighting and smelt terrible. Noisy, dirty, rude staff, DIY long term stay This property was poorly maintained the staff is awful, and accommodations are sub-par. - Thin walls mean you can hear every other guest - Thin sheets, uncomfortable bedding - We had a huge cart of luggage and no offer from front desk staff to even hold doors open. The staffs were nice, friendly and helpful. But all was ruined by bed bug. One of my friend got multiple bed bug bites.

Worst hotel I've stayed at in a long time My biggest issue was the hotel staff. The woman at the front desk was nowhere to be found. I could soon hear her voice somewhere out of my view. She was on the phone and I could hear her swearing. I find that extremely unprofessional. I had to wait for her to finish her personal call, which took more than a couple of minutes. Over priced!!! The hotel is nice. But they charged $30 a night for my little dog! So total cost a night was like $106. That is ridiculous!! $30 a night?! My goodness!

Cannot recommend unless your spouse kicked you out Maybe I didn't know the kind of hotel I was booking. I thought I was staying at a place geared toward convention/business travelers that would be staying for several days. Switched rooms to more problems The room that they gave us had a fire alarm that the battery had died, so every minute it would beep. I called the front office and a guy came down to check it. He said that he had no batteries and that he would move us to another room. The second room had the fire alarm hanging down from the ceiling (evidently a customer fixed the beeping himself).
