Worst hotel I've stayed at in a long time My biggest issue was the hotel staff. The woman at the front desk was nowhere to be found. I could soon hear her voice somewhere out of my view. She was on the phone and I could hear her swearing. I find that extremely unprofessional. I had to wait for her to finish her personal call, which took more than a couple of minutes. Over priced!!! The hotel is nice. But they charged $30 a night for my little dog! So total cost a night was like $106. That is ridiculous!! $30 a night?! My goodness!

Cannot recommend unless your spouse kicked you out Maybe I didn't know the kind of hotel I was booking. I thought I was staying at a place geared toward convention/business travelers that would be staying for several days. As it turned out, this is geared more toward (and I'm glad this exists for folks who need it) people who, as my partner put it, "have been kicked out by their spouse or lost their apartment, and need a place to stay for a month or so. Switched rooms to more problems The room that they gave us had a fire alarm that the battery had died, so every minute it would beep. I called the front office and a guy came down to check it. He said that he had no batteries and that he would move us to another room. The second room had the fire alarm hanging down from the ceiling (evidently a customer fixed the beeping himself). The room was hot and humid. The reason was the hot water in the bathtub was coming out more than just a drip. You couldn't turn it off. So we kept... read more

Horrible staff Staff is very rude and disrespectful. At check in they weren't profesional and they also told me I could check out late as long as I called them in the am and they didn't kept there word.

INTERNET IS VERY SLOW. EVEN YOU PAY THE SPEED. THIS IS TOO BAD FOR BUSINESS STAY IN THE HOTEL. THE STAFF SERVICE BAD. THEY DON'T WANT TO DO ANYTHING FOR GUEST.

Horrible The girl on the night shift was the rudest, unhelpful and made the whole entire experience hell. I saw that she had the police over almost every night just to harrass the guests that were staying at the hotel. I will never in my life stay at the hotel as long as I live.

Never even checked in, the staff was awful. Thursday didbnot happen as front desk gal was horrible to me, I never checked in. While waiting to heck in, I overheard several other guests irate over the lack of clean dishes and towels. I don't know if that was accurate, but overall everybody seemed inconvenienced and upset.

Room was dirty, floor was sticky. Air conditioner smelled like mold
