Horrible staff Staff is very rude and disrespectful. At check in they weren't profesional and they also told me I could check out late as long as I called them in the am and they didn't kept there word.

INTERNET IS VERY SLOW. EVEN YOU PAY THE SPEED. THIS IS TOO BAD FOR BUSINESS STAY IN THE HOTEL. THE STAFF SERVICE BAD. THEY DON'T WANT TO DO ANYTHING FOR GUEST.

Horrible The girl on the night shift was the rudest, unhelpful and made the whole entire experience hell. I saw that she had the police over almost every night just to harrass the guests that were staying at the hotel. I will never in my life stay at the hotel as long as I live.

Never even checked in, the staff was awful. Thursday didbnot happen as front desk gal was horrible to me, I never checked in. While waiting to heck in, I overheard several other guests irate over the lack of clean dishes and towels. I don't know if that was accurate, but overall everybody seemed inconvenienced and upset.

Room was dirty, floor was sticky. Air conditioner smelled like mold

Old, not clean, no breakfast at all.... Everything was old an not in good condition. Ice machine was not working. Halleway was not clean, carpet was smelling, overall not clean.

Yuk!! Cleanliness was an issue the elevator had the same spills in it for over 24 hours. It is always a bit uncomfortable to return to the hotel in the evening to two police speaking with a fellow guest of the hotel right at the front entrance. The "free wifi" never did connect! No small wonder it's free! We will absolutely never stay at this location again even though it is near family.

I will not stay here again! Horrible experience. The cleanliness of the lobby was ok. The elevator was dirty and needed some work on panels that had pieces broken off. So first impression was suspect. Second impression got worse as I was given a room that had not been cleaned from the previous occupant. This room was filthy. I realize the hotel cannot control how the occupant uses the room, but the room was filthy. I went down and requested a new room which they gave me.
