Extreamly rude manager. And they kept opening my door every day without knocking or announcing themselves first.

Sorry but this is a negative review This hotel is clearly for those needing a hotel to LIVE in, not for your average person needing a hotel for a brief stay. I have had great experiences at other long term hotels, but this was not one of them. Forget about the loosely-used term “breakfast.” A couple of NutriGrain bars, a few chocolate mini muffins, and a fine selection of Quaker oatmeal packets are the extent of this breakfast. Horrible. It’s nothing like what is pictured on Expedia. We got there and it’s literally a homeless shelter, no wonder why the surrounding businesses have moved away. The staff was good to work with, I’ll give them that. The room smelled of urine, I missed the part where pets are welcomed. The sheets feel dirty and rough on the skin, the following morning I had a rash on my hands. It’s such an uneasy feeling the whole time you’re there. Would never be back.

Worse hotel by far, dirty, not safe and everything just old and dirty.

The other guests were so load, setting off fireworks at 3 am, driving motorcycles around at 2 am, dogs barking at 6 am, we had multiple staff banging in our door for cleaning. Check out was 11 and they knocked twice before 10:30.

Nasty place Poor service very disappointing and very dirty rooms are very dirty outside lot homeless and smokers

The stuff was very helpful. Half the outlets did not work. I didn't get the original room I paid for (had to have a queen room not king as paid for due to plumbing issues in the room I paid for). The bathtub dripped constantly. The bathroom was two small. You could not go in, turn around and shut the door easily.
