There were thousands of cigarette butts just around the front entrance alone no kitchen utensils not even a paper cup in the bathroom the breakfast was also a joke

Avoid My visit to this property was absolutely terrible. There was a foul fishy odor in the hotel. My heater was broken on a night where the weather was below freezing temps and my only accomodation was more blankets. The walls were thin and could hear other guests above and beside me. The bathroom sink knob broke off. The elevator was filthy. Breakfast ended before said time. There are too many low-lights to list. Staff was friendly but this place is a nightmare. Do NOT book here if you have any standards.

The property was very unpleasant and dirty. Hotel staff was very rude when I expressed my concerns! I would never stay here again, was very unhappy with my stay and I paid over $500.00 for a 4 night stay!

The front desk lady was nice but everything else was very disappointing. We booked four rooms for a work trip and all four of us felt the rooms and the hotel were very dirty and smelled of cigarette smoke.

This place is so dirty, as we where walking in there were people smoking and drinking beer outside.

Very disappointing I called the front desk many times saying my son will be late arrival she said she will put it in the notes so next person can see it well I get a calll at 130 am from my son stating they were going to cancel his reservation I had to call front desk talked to some guy he said audit runs at 1am another person 130 they have no idea what they are doing it’s sickening
