I am an OTR driver and had booked this hotel well in advance on Wednesday afternoon, knowing I would arrive early Thursday morning. Being on the road I mostly book my hotels to be able to get a quick 2 hour nap and shower. Well I get to this hotel at 5am Thursday, I have a load that needs to be dropped at 8am. When I arrive I am greeted by a lady, I give her my ID, credit card and hand her my phone so she can see my confirmation. She quickly looks for my reservation and can't seem to find it. Expedia and the hotel did a horrible job here. I arrived at Iggy to check in, and they said they were overbooked and didn’t have a room. I can’t trust Expedia any more.

Hi there, The receptionist told me that they are sold out and there is no room for me with reservation in hand! It was close to midnight with two little kids and Expedia reservation in hand I was turned away. How is that possible? Never in my life I had such a terrible experience! I do request Expedia to seriously investigate this case and take measures. I had to call same night over 10 hotels in the area to find they were all booked! We found a place further away for double cost to check in around 2am. Regards, Andrey

Horrible hotel in West Valley Arrived at hotel, wheelchair accessible room not available. It was requested. Told only 3 on property. My mother is 76 and could not take a shower after a 12 hour drive. Room was dirty, hair in bathtub, bugs on floor and pet excrement stains on carpet. Bed unsafe. Sat on end and the whole mattress raised up and dumped me on the floor.
