Unsafe Room appears clean, but upon removing blanket, the bedsheets looked soiled. Seeing that I have the last available room, I had no choice but to sleep on top of bed using towels as my blanket. None of the staff are masked, none of the cleaning staff used gloves, nowhere is there any enforcement of masking up of guests while indoors. I saw the front desk staff question a guy trying to visit a guest without knowing the room number... told to leave, and saw him enter on side entrance.

The property was just fine. It seemed comfortable and inviting, and I was looking forward to staying there. But when we got inside, and were told that you had overbooked and nothing was available for us, that brought our sense of welcome to an end. The receptionist was kind and helpful, but (and this is, what, the third time I've given a review of my "stay" at the hotel) once I got the refund for my reservation squared away, that's when my experience ended.

Very noisy, people smoking inside the property and staffs not helpful

This was like a real nightmare place. The minute I drove up there were 10-15 guys hanging out front smoking drinking and who knows what else. I am traveling alone and as soon as I stepped out of my car a guy approached me and offered to sell me drugs. I went into the lobby to check in and a guy was arguing with the front seat staff about the over charges for damages to his room. I was tired and didn’t want to find another hotel and I had already booked and paid through Expedia and you know how hard it is to get charged back!... read more
