Disappointing The overall quality of this hotel was very disappointing. It was just very outdated and grimy. The rooms and hallways smelt of cigarette smoke but there were automatic air fresheners in the halls which tried to mask the smell with vanilla which honestly just made the smell worse. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable as were the pillows. There was also another guest staying on our floor with her dog which was barking all night long making it nearly impossible to sleep. Bad Experience - Poor Servie This was a terrible experience. The guests that I had booked were treated terrible as well as I over the phone. We will not be recommend you to others or be using you again!

Bad management Double charged for a two night stay over three charges (1 the day after checkout) Manager was rude and I was told to take it up with my bank.
