We had to check out early to go home and care for my father and the hotel refused to refund our money. The room was never cleaned, we had to ask for clean towels and when we received them there was black hairs on them, there were stains on the carpet, the shower did not look clean and there was a divot where you stand under the water, in the kitchen area the stovetop was filthy, the staff was more worried about the guy who came in for concert tickets then helping customers and there were dogs barking almost every night.

The room was dirty: blood or wine stains on the floor, food pieces in the sink, and food crumbs, other trash and a random shoe under the beds. The sinks and bathtubs were maybe wiped down in between and the room smelled terrible. Not to mention they turn the fridge off in between guests but don’t tell them. I would not return here. The staff was unapologetic about the facility and wouldn’t move rooms but I doubt it would have mattered. This place was very dirty and the front desk was not helpful at all we had to dump our own trash, ask for clean towels, the clean towels had black hairs on them the tub was black and looked as thou it had not bee cleaned and we had to ask for more toilet paper.

This is a very odd hotel! They don’t have any cups in the rooms or a coffee pot, an ice machine anywhere, the “breakfast” was oatmeal and the staff was very unprofessional!!

False Advertising - dont recommend Hotels.com advertised that this was a non-smoking facility, with a fully furnished kitchen, pets allowed, and a continental breakfast. In reality, there were no less than two rooms that reeked of marijuana and made the entire hallway smell like weed (and when we complained, the hotel’s solution was to febreeze the hallway). dirty rooms, unexpected entrances! we Got a 2 queen bed room. When we walked in the room was a mess, the beds were made and the toilets were clean but there was trash everywhere! We went back down and told them, and it took about 30 minutes for them to check us into two different king bedrooms. Then, at about 12:00 midnight, someone walked into our ROOM without knocking. It was the maintenance gal, but it’s just not professional without a knock! It was not what we were expecting from this hotel.

Room I booked and payed for before I arrived was overbooked by management and not available, several other customers experienced the same thing. Check in was very long, as they were dealing with problems with other customers. Room was not properly cleaned, also other customers complained of getting dirty rooms while I was in line waiting. Staff seemed unable to deal properly with what was going on. I will never stay there again and do not recommend any stay there. Considered sleeping in my car that night.
