Front desk attendant was rude and disrespectful

Still looking for refund. The first room we were given wasn't ready. It hadn't been cleaned yet, garbage everywhere and the bed a mess. The second room we were given already had someone staying in it. I'm very thankful the guest wasn't in the room at the time. I would have been mortified to walk into someone else room while they were there. After that, I asked for a refund and just wanted to leave. Everything. It was unclean hotel alot of ppl making noise bad smell. Never stay there again. We had to wait to get check in there was no one at the desk.

Orbitz booked and took my money. I got there and was told they had no rooms. I slept in my rental car that night. Distasteful.
It was disgusting! It said no smoking but there was definitely smoking inside the building and in the bedrooms. Our washcloths were dirty! There was hair inside of our shower that wasn’t ours!
