Meh!! It sucked!!! The 2 ladies and the other guy ( NOT NIC ) were rude AF, got me standing there waiting while they carried on in conversation, the lobby was dirty, as well as getting on the elevator and getting off on the floor my room was on, like no one knew how to pick up a broom, the room smelled funny, beds were so uncomfortable, we left restless...... the only good thing about my stay was the excellent customer service Nic provided us. I will not be coming back to this location.

Disappointed No hangers, hard hard beds, no coffee in room, kitchen with no way to use it, advertised continental breakfast.... coffee and a muffin?? For the amount of competition in this area you’d think you’d try a bit harder to have higher quality service, amenities and rooms.

Checking into this hotel, I was given access to an occupied room. Luckily the room at the time had no occupant. This is one of the most serious security concerns ive ever seen at a hotel. The front desk person was barely apologetic, said Ill see if there is another clean room and made me a key. The following day my key stopped working, I went downstairs and the women at the front desk said the gentleman the night before had set the key to expire in 1 day. Which was perfect for my 5 day stay! Never again

1) “Free breakfast” consisted of office table with a sad kettle of coffee that was cold and almost empty, and stale/old cereal with water. That was the entirety of their breakfast. 2) I chose this hotel so I could bring my dog with me. Turns out there is a $30 pet check in fee that was not clear when I made the reservation. For the price I paid, this room was not worth it.

I am not generally one to complain, but I have truly never had this problem in any hotel. Our sheets had not been changed from the previous guest. I had to obtain clean bedding from the front desk and make it myself. There was no offer of any reimbursement or assistance, only that they would find out who the housekeeper was that day. I was amazed. In addition, the halls and stairways obviously needed vacuuming and sweeping. I realize this is a long stay hotel but there is no reason for unclean facilities. I didn’t like that the room looked completely different from what it did online. Very disappointing.

The worst hotel ever The room was a mess. They gave me a new room and didn’t clean it while I was there. Found beer bottles in the back of the couch.
