The room had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. I first noticed sticky food all over the inside of the fridge. I thought, no problem, probably just got missed. That happens sometimes. We dropped off bags and left to meet family in town. We arrived back late at night and that's when I noticed there was hair all over the bathroom counter. I ask for a room with a roll in shower and book it that way, upon check in I found out they gave my request room to someone else!

Check in was slow and first room we were assigned wasn’t ready for us and the next one was only a full size bed not the queen we had made reservations for. Room wasn’t very clean. Will not go there again.

Staff was wonderful. However, the hallway and room smelled awful. I was expecting more updated rooms for the price. I could feel the springs in the mattress. Decided it wasn’t worth staying the night and checked out in the middle of the night. On a positive note, it was a very convenient location and everything was cleaned up nicely.

The room was smelling. The stain on mattress showing through the bed sheet. The carpet was old and smelling and the chair was not clean, and a comb was left on the side of the. Cushion by previous guest. We will never use extended stay America again
