Room wasn’t ready when we arrived and such dirty toilet and bathroom!

When we arrived at the hotel, they would not check us in unless every adult had and ID with them. we was told it was a non SMOKING hotel but as soon as you walked in the hallways the smell of smoke was horrible!!! When we finally got into the room, it was filthy dirty, pistachio shells all over the floor, microwave splattered with food, the faucet dripping and sink dirty, toilet splattered with urine, tub had hairs all over it,old wrappers on the floor by the beds, hair ties on the TV stand, Sheets stained with blood or who ... read more

No privacy at all what a joke Management is extremely rude and they do not respect privacy at all

The bathroom was not cleaned, soap still in the shower

Disappointed. Booked a queen size bed, got a full and he staff insisted it was a queen. They may want to the-evaluate the size of beds in rooms. Toilet was dirty, and when asked if it be cleaned after 3 times gave up on asking and did it my self. When a hotel says “continental breakfast available.” I expect more then drip coffee, smooshed granola bars, packaged oatmeal and mini muffins. Very disappointed. Wish I wouldn’t have paid in advance or would have gone somewhere else’s.

Receptionist seemed to be very bothered when checking us in, asking every single adult for there i.d’s. I found it very strange and unnecessary.

They don’t make your bed or clean the restroom. You have to ask for towels for your room. None in there. We paid over enough dollars per night and I would think this would be included without your having to ask for towels, etc. they have coffee pots and coffee but you have to go down and get it from front desk. Not in rooms. No ice machines. You have to make your own. You would think they would have ice trays filled in the refrigerator

Not satisfied at all. I was extremely disappointed in this place. Breakfast was not good and they had no pool.
