customer service at the front desk was horrible. they need to be let go.

Bad room smelled nasty, bed sheets and pillows were dirty, floor was stained, I was only satisfied with the location of this hotel.

Cheap The hotel room was disgusting! There was food and stains on the carpet, dirty stains on the sheets, the kitchenette had nothing in it, the bathroom didn't have any supplies, and the shower was gross. Breakfast was only coffee and prepackaged muffins.

Worst hotel We get there room was way dirty ask to change room said they had no other room so we made them clean it again I felt like customer service was real bad won't stay there again

It was great for logistical reasons but the room itself was not great! Some of the other guests were beyond questionable, if my children were with me I would've been more worried! Taking a shower wasn't easy when the shower handle fell off and I had to try and put it back together. I know they aren't responsible for the people staying there but I have been to other hotels (motels) where if you or your guest has a felony you won't be able to stay there! The room was dirty When I walked into my room my shoes stuck to the floor. Housekeeping was just a few doors down so I ask them to come and take care of it. About 30 minutes later someone stepped into the room with a spray bottle and a well used swiffer and rubbed over it again. Terrible management We prepaid for two nights. When we arrived, we were told no room was available for us! We ask the counter person to speak to a manager. He said the manager was not available.We asked for a proof that no room was available to us so we can get our money back. Person at desk said he did not have anything for us. He kept saying there was nothing he could do. He did not take ownership of situation. Afterwards, two more families came in after us with reservations. They were told no rooms available. HORRIBLE ROOM This was by far the dirtiest hotel room we have ever stayed in. The dust on the ceiling fan was so thick, we didn't turn on the fan. The bathroom counter had grime literally running down the face. The pillow case actually had a stain that looked like blood. We will never stay at that location again. And noisy! Could hear people walking upstairs, made you think they were in your room. Exhaust fan was so loud, couldn't have a conversation while it was on.
