Minimally acceptable The hotel looks nicer on the outside than inside. Our room was very clean, but the lobby floor & hallways were dirty. The laundry room behind the front desk had the door open and made the ambience feel dirty to see heaps of wet towels spilling over carts. The front desk person was very warm and friendly, though! The rooms look nothing like pictured! When we got to our room there was a HORRIBLE SMELL inside our room , opened up the fridge door and there was old molded food inside. I will definitely not stay here again.

Not good We showed up at 6:45 pm in need of a shower after a long road trip. Time was short, we were going to s concert at 7:30. Much to our surprise, we were informed that there were no clean rooms and they couldn't even give me a ETA. We had to freshen up in the parking lot with napkins and bottled water ... And change our clothes. Check in time was supposed to be 3:00.

Just don’t The location of this hotel is perfect if you are going to the Maverick Center as you can walk right there, and it is a dog friendly hotel which is all great, but it ends there. When we checked in, mind you we had booked this room 3 weeks previously, we were asked if we wanted to stay at the West Jordan location, to which I said we have an event at the Maverick Center, the lady said ya so does everyone else, we have OVERBOOKED tonight… we were able to keep our room however she told us that housekeeping hadn’t been ... read more
