Dirty Room ! They could not find my reservations to check-in took a very very very long time and it was late already… And then when I got to the room it was extremely dirty… And the remote did not work… killed 2 roaches

I thought the price was fair.......until I was in the room for a couple of hours. The bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom all had roaches and other insects crawling around on the walls, floor, and furniture. There was not an ice machine on the entire property. After a couple of hours I went to the desk, turned in my key and told them I would not stay the night. The following day I called the office and my money was refunded.

Terrible room, it had roaches, management wouldn’t change our room they just used bug spray with us inside the room. Microwave didn’t work. Never staying here again!

Not my 1st choice Small, outdated, barely clean room. Explains the lower price. Would not ever book here again.

Couple roaches seen in restroom, shower curtain was way too short and resulted in water falling out and onto the tile, and the blanket was thin and small. Bed was very uncomfortable. Hardly got any sleep

Don’t recommend this property. Will never stay at one of these properties again. Room was not clean when we checked in for a multi-day stay. General manager has a bad attitude when talking to them. They did get us a clean room, but no maid service unless you pay a fee. That part is not told upfront either. AARP needs to remove this site from recommendation. Don’t stay here!!!

There were roaches in the bathroom...multiple baby ones.
