Went to SA on a holiday weekend and all my usual Favs were booked and I settled for ESA. Well, long story short...the worst hotel stay of my entire life. Let's just say the clientele aren't the best. Loud fighting starting at 3:30 am, then one idiot deciding to set their car alarm off every 10 minutes, tow truck going around the lot around 5 for I dont know what. No hairdryer... carpet dingy sticky like... upstairs person was very loud... lots of running back and forth? Dropping heavy bags onto floor approximately 3 times... I would say til around 3 or 4 in the a.m.

There never change the towers or clean up the room in4 days

Avoid Old and dirty and roaches

The good location is not enough to forgive the filthiness and stench of the room I was in. I also smelled cigarette smoke in a " non-smoking " room. The staff didn't even seem to care we'd hen I reported the issues eithe. SAD!! Thank God for Lysol spray and disinfecting wipes!!

Being a first time customer at Extended Stay America my overall experience was not great. The room I check in was not fully stocked with the normal necessities ie; toilet paper , trash bags. I also was disappointed the fact I was charged to use the phone to make local calls, where I ended up paying over $100. I will not make any further reservations at this hotel.

All three rooms were unacceptable. First one had really dirty carpet. Then the next room had cockroaches. Third room they gave me the lights by the bed and remote did not work. Honestly, my worst motel experience ever. Would like a refund, please.
