Not clean and filthy I expectedly to be nice but it is not

This place is a joke, rude employees dont do it!! Booked my stay with @Hotels.com upon arrival, I was greated by a lady who seemed to be upset... I had taken a Lyft from the airport to the hotel and then the lady tells me that they don't know take cash???And was very very rude telling me that it wasn't her problem and just walked away to the back??? Smh ugh... Ended up going to an heb so I can load $ onto a prepaid card.... Again went to the office and I was waiting for someone to come to the front, I could hear 2 women talk... read more

There was roaches the restroom floor when we first got settled and in the morning on top of my night stand! Only 1 shampoo just tossed on bathroom counter, not even a hand soap bar. I always do bring my toiletries but i would have liked a bar soap. The kitchen table and the counter next to stove had dried on liquid. Apparently this room wasnt even cleaned well. The lamp shade had a broken light bulb! The tv remote had dead batteries where the acid was busted out. It was a horrible stay.

Terrible from the start. Got there and said toilet didnt work in room and had to give us an extra room just to use bathroom. Big black moldy spot on ceiling in room. Room had roaches crawling around. We got bit by something in the room i think it was fleas pet hair all on sheets and blankets.Room smelt like cigarettes even though it was a non smoking room. We left early I just couldnt stay another night.

DON'T LOOK BELOW THE SURFACE Looking under the bed for an item I dropped was a bad idea. Found lots of unexpected items including used Q-tips, McDonalds wrapper, condom packaging, makeup brush, the list goes on... I spotted no less tha 4 live roaches and 2 dead ones in various parts of the room. Then upon pulling out the bottom drawer in the kitchen it wouldnt open easily so pulled it out and removed a huge pile of plastic & paper bags along with misc other trash. Nasty Hotel Filthy The Room was extremely dirty it seems that they don’t vacuumed at all. Nasty filthy dust around the bed. The sheets were burned with cigarettes. The Room had an extreme odor, I picked non-smoking! Overall, very expensive this is more of a low quality motel.

Doors are on the outside and the doors/windows need weather stripping done to help block out noise from the highway. We had to go buy a coffee maker. None even available from the office. Place needs to be sprayed for bugs.
