It is what it is -- an extended stay hotel with only 1 day of housekeeping for 1 week stay. Free breakfast consists of cellopahne wrapped muffins and energy bars. Furniture needs replacement . Room was clean but when you opened the cabinet under the kitchen sink, found roaches. My daughter scremed that night when she found roaches in the bathroom. I checked out when I found roaches in my bed when I was making up the bed next morning. Staff offerred to have an exterminator come over but I said - Adios!

I was completely stunned at the absolute disgustingness of this hotel. Traveling for almost 20 years...and I’ve never seen a hotel that was this gross. Bathroom smelled horribly of urine, dirty walls (looked like soda exploded on them), stained filthy carpet, hair on the sink, trash on the stove tops, rust everywhere on the stove top and sinks, and most importantly, there was no smoke alarm. The absolute worst. If I could give it zero stars, I would.

there was dirt and crumbs on the floor. sink had food in it. hair on the bed sheets. pillows were yellowing. 1 towel in the bathroom. terrible experience.

Dirty Room ! They could not find my reservations to check-in took a very very very long time and it was late already… And then when I got to the room it was extremely dirty… And the remote did not work… killed 2 roaches

I thought the price was fair.......until I was in the room for a couple of hours. The bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom all had roaches and other insects crawling around on the walls, floor, and furniture. There was not an ice machine on the entire property. After a couple of hours I went to the desk, turned in my key and told them I would not stay the night. The following day I called the office and my money was refunded.

Terrible room, it had roaches, management wouldn’t change our room they just used bug spray with us inside the room. Microwave didn’t work. Never staying here again!
