Very disappointed Not happy since day 1 I reach there with my family.. it could b better htl if maintenance is available Staff not welcoming.. not smilling. pool closed.. trash smelling horrible in the whole or stairs or close to pool dr..., gym machine very old noisy, .. oven, stove, dishwasher, not working. Big family get away! Was big enough for our big family. The kitchenette helped out our pockets a lot! Front desk always helped out promptly.

Lowest price hotel I booked the cheapest hotel for my business travel and that's what I got. If you don't have something nice to say, you should say nothing, so I guess I'll say that the A/C worked, the door locked, and to my surprise, my vehicle was NOT broken into. And the staff was helpful when I was able to see them. And the stay was inexpensive.

Very Pleased We had the best stay and loved the hotel. The hotel staff was phenomenal. From the welcome we got upon arriving, the greeting anytime we passed the front desk, to the time we checked out we were treated great. The room was just what we were expecting. Loved the full kitchen. The location of the hotel was perfect. Not a long drive to any of the places in San Antonio.
