Good location Good location but that's all about this hotel. Suspicious activity, not enough parking and hotel amenities were not offered in room.

Stinky old smoke smell simply horrible, and I cant tell you why due to the regulations on this website! Its just dirty, smells of smoke, and unprofessional staff that likes to sleep and not let customers in at night to register..

Awful The room was barely clean when we got there, there was hair in the shower, the door barely worked, no one ever came to clean our room. It was the low point of our trip. The microwave didn't even work so we couldn't heat up food.

Discrimination at its worst!! The management and staff are the rudest people I have ever experienced from a business I was a patron at. I had to stay there with my transgender friend, we stayed one night and needed to extend another. However at the time of requesting we were told they were sold out, therefore would need to check out. This was untrue as I was able to book online shortly after we were forced to check out. Old and run down The staff are super nice but unfortunately that didn't help the condition of the room. The bed was creaky and hard. The towel rack came off the wall while I was showering. There was only one small trash can and it was hidden under the bathroom sink. The hair dryer barely worked, the plug was falling apart. I thought I might electrocute myself when moving it around to get it to work. It was loud outside. I could hear traffic and anyone who walked by. Aaron the front desk clerk was great! I guess I must admit the only thing I can say was enjoyable was the evening clerk so don't get rid of him or it will be disastrous!

Not a good stay It was so much wrong with this room. First it was filled with cigarette smoke. The countered were nasty with stains, the refrigerator didn't open. The sheets felt like paper. There were crumbs left on the carpet. Breakfast was even not fit as normal.
