Dirty hotel It offered breakfast and it only has cofe, and cockiees.

terrible experience The original color of towels was white, however all of my towels were greyish blacking tint- that dirty that bleach could not get it out. There was foreign hair on towels and sheets, the mattress was so old that when I moved I though I would fall right thru it. The carpet was covered with pet or human urine. Anytime I called the front desk no one picked up. I was miserable, the worst experience of my life.

Thumbs down Having stayed in various extended stay America's previously, I recommended this hotel to my family for vacation and was very disappointed. To my surprise, housekeeping was not included and would cost an additional $10/day (this was not mentioned anywhere in the packaged deal). In addition, all the kitchen and silverware were not in the room and must be requested. The towels needed to be brought to the front desk for exchange of new towels. The room smelt very bad and could have been cleaned a little better. Took forever to find the trash can

Worst hotel we stayed in last 15 yrs. This hotel is really a bad one. We chose to stay here as there was nothing else available in the area with kitchen. They took the money upon booking but did not provide any kitchen utensils until the 2nd day evening. There was no shower curtain in the restroom shower area. Upon calling front office, they acknowledged but never showed up to put one. I had to chase the room service person to get one and put one. room not ready arrived at 4:30 for a wedding. Check in time is 3:00, room wasn't ready, made us wait. Asked for a room that was ready was told none in our type. Waited a half hour, room was kinda clean. No time for a shower or much just change and go.
