Never again This place is terrible. Beds are uncomfortable. Hair in the bathroom sink. Shower curtain doesn’t reach the ground, so the bathroom floods when someone showers. Towel rack fell off the wall when I hung a towel on it. I chose a place with a ‘kitchen’ so I could feed the kids. But! The front desk didn’t even have 4 plates to give us. All out. Not impressed I am use to staying at a more high end hotel this is not my favorite hotel

when arrive was told room was sold and only had a military one with no tub only a chair to wash attendancetold to blame Expedia for oversold rooms and if dint like to go and find anotherhotel at 6a;30 pm next morning a free breakfast was a cup pf coffee and a snack when returnedon afternoon room was not clean all dirty so my wife retuned home this was so humiliating.

Very run down hotel First, the employee at the front desk was very nice. But the hotel is very run down and in need of update. Not at all like the pictures. No frills hotel. Felt very dirty. Everything smelt like smoke. Sketchy people in parking lot. The “picnic” area was an old BBQ and table and no grass whatsoever. Being in a nice, new business park you’d think it would a upscale hotel but nothing about the place is upscale but the price.

Worst experience ever! When I arrived at the hotel, the receptionist/check in lady Paula was on the phone helping another customer, I waited about 18min before she was able to check me in. I was given a room in the back facing the bushes, the area was sketchy, smokers in the hallways. I could not breath well. I asked for a non smoking room, when I got in my room it looked ok as in I could manage, but there were smokers in the halls, I was smelling the marijuana & cigarette smoke. Abandoned at the 23 Hour! I called to check in early and was told to come in. I arrived at 2:45pm to be told no rooms were ready and I couldn’t check in. I explained that I would be on a boat & couldn’t be back till 10:30pm. No problem I was told. I returned at 10:45pm & was given room 153. I went to the room and it was 81 degrees in the room.
