Don’t recommend Check in took almost an hour. There was only one person working the front desk. Who took forever and kept leaving. The room was outdated, wasn’t very clean and constant felt moist. No laundry service. Wasn’t guaranteed clean towels if we turned in our dirty ones. Have stayed at other extended stays and have loved them. This one, never again. Especially with having our kids with us. Very disappointed.

left staff was not nice would not work with on payment then they changed mind when i tried to work with them. asst. manager was not a nice guy!!!!!!!!

Will not go there again The hotel was a bit dirty. And service was pretty good at first. But my son hurt his foot pretty bad because our bed had a hook sticking out of it, which had no business being there, and when I complained to the staff they just said to be more careful... the hook was being covered by the brown skirt of the bed. That side of the led had a lamp that didn’t work, so for them to tell me that my son should be more careful was not ok.

Never agaaaain! First, the guy gave us the wrong room. When we asked if we could be switched to our room that we reserved, he said he was fully booked. What was supposed to be a Valentines weekend get away was super uncomfortable due to the small beds. I had also asked for dishes for the room and to leave a key for my boyfriend to be able to come up to the room in case i wasnt there before I got there and he did not do that either. Instead i stood there awkwardly until i asked "Soooo... can i get the dishes?" To which he sai... read more

Pass this hotel up - keep looking I never complain but feel compelled to as this was by far the worst stay I’ve ever had; I can handle a lot as I was a GM of a hotel. The property itself is ok. Front desk staff ok. My room was another story. Location was horrible- I could hear “everything and everyone” Room backed up to the highway. Guests partied outside for hours into the night. Bed was like sleeping on the floor.....hardwood floors in fact. Linens were dirty so I chose to go buy new versus swapping out for more of the sam... read more

Cheap. Convenient location. Bare bones amenities. Would have liked to do a drug test on some of the shady characters in the parking lot.
