Disappointing stay. The place needs an update & seemed dirty. Loud man talking for hours in the late evening. The front desk staff were nice & helpful.

We didn't like the check in .The lady Paula was difficult to deal with. We booked 2 nights separately so she said because we book with Expedia we have to come back the next day in the morning to check in again. I don't understand why it's so difficult and they just can't do it at once.

San Diego Saturday Hell We were denied a room upon arrival and had to call a toll free number to get another room which took another hour to accomplish.

Parking lot has broken down torn apart cars dogs barking all night homeless sleeping in the parking lot the room was disgusting and cabinets were rotting and falling apart door frames were rusted with holes throughout toilet seat had no bolts in it to keep in place shower didn’t drain property said they would fix but never did I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone

Booked a King bed with additional sofa bed. paid. When arrived at hotel. They didnt have my reserved room and proceeded to give me a room qith a queen bed and a ROLL-A-BED.
