Very run down hotel First, the employee at the front desk was very nice. But the hotel is very run down and in need of update. Not at all like the pictures. No frills hotel. Felt very dirty. Everything smelt like smoke. Sketchy people in parking lot. The “picnic” area was an old BBQ and table and no grass whatsoever. Being in a nice, new business park you’d think it would a upscale hotel but nothing about the place is upscale but the price.

Worst experience ever! When I arrived at the hotel, the receptionist/check in lady Paula was on the phone helping another customer, I waited about 18min before she was able to check me in. I was given a room in the back facing the bushes, the area was sketchy, smokers in the hallways. I could not breath well. I asked for a non smoking room, when I got in my room it looked ok as in I could manage, but there were smokers in the halls, I was smelling the marijuana & cigarette smoke. Abandoned at the 23 Hour! I called to check in early and was told to come in. I arrived at 2:45pm to be told no rooms were ready and I couldn’t check in. I explained that I would be on a boat & couldn’t be back till 10:30pm. No problem I was told. I returned at 10:45pm & was given room 153. I went to the room and it was 81 degrees in the room. The thermostat said inside temp 81 but the a/c was set at 68! I called to the front desk & was told, “Yes, I’m sorry there are no other rooms & the a/c is broken. We are sold out!” I s... read more

Our room did not have toiletries and even a shower curtain. The staff was really nice though. They went out of their way to make sure we had a room even though they overbooked the place. Paid and had our reservations a month ahead.
