Real review.. Reserved a non smoking room when I arrived the only room that was available was a smoking room that was horrible! Dirty, and smelled like weed the carpet was black how dirty it was, It seemed like a motel than a hotel. I was not offer a room at a different location they told me this was the only room left and there’s nothing that they can do. They didn’t even offer our money back nothing. I requested a refund for the 3 nights I booked and had to find a real Hotel on my own late at night

Gross Booked this hotel simply for the location. Planned on arriving late, going to bed, waking up and checking out. Arrived late on Christmas night and this hotel looked like a motel with an hourly rate. The room looked rundown and no visible spots of soil but generally gray and rundown. The heater made the whole room smell like smoke. Which matched the bedding smell along with the smell of sweat. Room had ants crawling around, when we walked into the room it smelled horrible and there was stains and ripped carpet.

Poor service and accommodations At 9:30 p.m. on the night of my stay I was informed 2 of the 4 rooms I had reserved were not available. I was in San Diego for my sister's funeral. One of the rooms was for my 88 year old mother. I will never stay at an Extended Stay again. I have never had anything like this happen with Best Western.

Where to start...the kid behind the counter was ingenuinely friendly. He was purposely over-the-top, using a fake voice, mockingly friendly...I thought I was being "Punk'd" he sounded so fake. Then he gave me room keys and charged me to park!!! I don't know why, it's not a garage or even patrolled. So we hauled all of our stuff from super FAR parking to the room, only to find it missing one crucial element, the sofabed! Offensive Stay America Room had an unpleasant odor, but seemed clean until i went to take a shower. That's when I noticed a pair of women's panties hanging for the shower curtain rod.
