Ants, they almost carried our luggage away! No ice machine, no dishes for the kitchenette. The help was diplorible. Why would you let me stay there? Two big barking dogs in the room next door! I’m mad as hell!

Very poor for the price paid (170$+15$ per night) 1. Smelly Hotel 2. Whats provided is Not actually “Breakfast” 3. Poor Facilities for the price (170 per night) 4. I have booked it with Kitchen, but their were no utensils (given when asked, smelly ones) no dishwasher 5. Why do we have to pay parking? Where are we supposed to park

This was a good place to stay, loved that there was a refrigerator and microwave as well as a hot pad and sink. The only downside was that the check in was pushed back, but it was a holiday weekend. Still, that was a little disappointing.

the room is not clean, the sink is full of ants, also the sofa bed is dirty

I wasn’t expecting it to be surrounded by commercial businesses because in my mind Fashion Valley means there are a lot of shops/malls not commercial businesses and trucks all parking around. The place was very old and dirty. Dirty in the sense there are mold build up in the shower. Luckily I had flip flops so I didn’t walk around barefooted nor did I shower without them.

Bad service. Nothing worked. Bathroom door didn’t shut. When staying with friends, it wasn’t the privacy I wanted. I attempted to call the front desk and the phone didn’t work. I tried calling on my cell and kept getting told to press ext 4 to talk to front desk (which I was) then they got agrevated with me. So I walked to the front desk and they lady was super rude. Carpet is stained all over. My sons feet turned black from walking barefoot on the carpet. There is dry rot and mold all over the bathroom. There are ants all over the bathroom. This place is just nasty. I mean worse than any motel 6 I’ve ever seen. Not even sure how they can still be in business. I’ve always been someone who doesn’t always trust reviews and want to see for myself, but that was a huge mistake. I should have trusted the reviews.
