Air conditioner leaked on power socket during my stay. My reservation was not correct. I reserved with Expedía and the rooms that I reserved were not available I spent over 2 hours in the front trying to get accommodations for me and my family. I was charged for my original reservation but I was uncomfortably placed in very different and smaller rooms. I was told that I would have to speak to Expedia for credits and/or a refund

Staff was good. But the system not so much. Long wait time 45 min standing in cold just to check in. Booked online arrived after 6 hr drive from Nevada with a newborn just to be told there are no rooms. I had to drive 20 more minutes to find a room ended up in a not so nice area because I dont know my surroundings. I book again the following day after calling to confirm room arrived with room not available that i booked but the clerk made it happen again after 45 min wait. Just frustrating. She was wonderful though.

My fiancé and I were headed to San Diego for about a week, and we were bringing our kitten, so I wanted to find an extended stay hotel that would be more comfortable for our trip.

The smell :( We stayed for about 2 hrs and left it smelled like mold.

Poor customer service. Was misgendered upon check in despite having my id in front of them as well as being verbally told my pronouns multiple times. Couldn’t even get a remote control sent to my room when I entered my room and noticed the controller was missing. Fee for parking despite the hotel being in a low traffic area. Would not recommend.

Don’t recommend Check in took almost an hour. There was only one person working the front desk. Who took forever and kept leaving. The room was outdated, wasn’t very clean and constant felt moist. No laundry service. Wasn’t guaranteed clean towels if we turned in our dirty ones. Have stayed at other extended stays and have loved them. This one, never again. Especially with having our kids with us. Very disappointed.

left staff was not nice would not work with on payment then they changed mind when i tried to work with them. asst. manager was not a nice guy!!!!!!!!

Will not go there again The hotel was a bit dirty. And service was pretty good at first. But my son hurt his foot pretty bad because our bed had a hook sticking out of it, which had no business being there, and when I complained to the staff they just said to be more careful... the hook was being covered by the brown skirt of the bed. That side of the led had a lamp that didn’t work, so for them to tell me that my son should be more careful was not ok.
